River walks represent an ongoing fire protection infrastructure development currently at Stage 5 and being executed across multiple operational zones. The phased approach has enabled structured implementation while maintaining continuity within active areas of the facility.
Our scope of work includes the installation of a comprehensive sprinkler system designed in accordance with applicable SANS standards, ensuring effective fire suppression coverage across all designated zones. In addition, we are responsible for the installation of dedicated fire water storage tanks and the construction and commissioning of a fully compliant pump house to support the system’s operational reliability and pressure requirements.
This project highlights our capability to deliver large-scale, zone-based fire protection infrastructure in live environments, with a strong focus on compliance, coordination, and long-term system resilience. Once completed, the installation will significantly enhance life safety measures and asset protection within the facility
